全程护理联合舒适护理对脑血管造影患者术后并发症及舒适度的影响

Effects of whole course nursing combined with comfort nursing on postoperative complications and comfort of patients with cerebral angiography

目的探讨全程护理联合舒适护理对脑血管造影患者术后并发症及舒适度的影响。方法选取我院2019年6月至2020年6月进行脑血管造影的110例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取全程护理联合舒适护理。观察两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后6、12、24 h的NRS评分均低于对照组,GCQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理联合舒适护理能有效缓解脑血管造影患者的负性情绪,提高舒适度,降低术后并发症发生率和疼痛度,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effects of whole course nursing combined with comfort nursing on postoperative complications and comfort of patients with cerebral angiography.Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent cerebral angiography in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given whole course nursing combined with comfort nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NRS scores in the observation group at 6,12 and 24 h after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the GCQ score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole course nursing combined with comfort nursing can effectively relieve the negative emotion of patients with cerebral angiography,improve comfort,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and pain,and has significant effect.
