分组管理模式对维持性血液透析患者矿物质代谢、营养状态及心理状态的影响

Effects of group management mode on mineral metabolism,nutritional status and psychological state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的观察分组管理模式对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者矿物质代谢、营养状态及心理状态的影响。方法将90例MHD患者根据护理方法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予分组管理模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的血钙、血磷、血钾、ALP水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的AMC、TSF、ALB、PALB水平均升高,PHQ-9、GAD-7评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良损伤总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分组管理模式可有效改善MHD患者矿物质代谢和营养状况,减少不良损伤的发生,改善患者的心理状态。

Objective To observe the effects of group management mode on mineral metabolism,nutritional status and psychological state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 90 patients with MHD were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given group management mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of blood calcium,blood phosphorus,blood potassium and ALP in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,AMC,TSF,ALB and PALB levels in the two groups increased,the scores of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group management mode can effectively improve the mineral metabolism and nutritional status of MHD patients,reduce adverse injury,and improve the psychological state of patients.
