深水半潜平台船体压载系统管道选材方案研究 被引量:7

摘要 深水半潜平台是深海油气田开发的重要装备,压载系统位于半潜平台船体底部,具有稳定船体平衡,控制吃水的重要作用。在保证(船体)压载系统安全稳定的前提下,选取合适的管道材质应用于压载系统,并实现管道应力水平、管道重量控制及整体经济性最佳的设计方案,成为各工程公司面临的棘手问题。以某海上深水半潜平台船体压载系统管道为例,采用CAESAR Ⅱ软件模拟分析了碳钢涂塑、铜镍和玻璃钢三种管道材质,并对比管道应力水平、重量、穿舱载荷、固有频率以及经济性等方面的差异,得出压载系统管道选材最佳推荐方案,为今后半潜平台压船体载系统管道设计提供依据。 The deepwater semi-submersible platform is very important for the development of deepwater oil and gas fields.The ballast system located at the bottom of the hull plays an important role in controlling the draft and stabilizing the hull balance.Based on the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of the system,it is a big challenge for some offshore engineering companies to achieve the optimal design of balancing the piping stress level,controlling piping weight and overall project economics by selecting the appropriate material on the ballast system.As a case study,a semi-submersible platform hull ballast system piping has been simulated using CAESARⅡsoftware.Three types of piping material,namely plastic-coated carbon steel,copper-nickel,and Fibre-Reinforced Plastic(FRP),are used in the simulation study.The differences in piping stress level,piping weight control,cabin penetration load,natural frequency and the project economics between the three types of piping material have been compared.The optimal piping material has been recommended,to provide design basis for the piping design of semi-submersible platform hull ballast system in the future.
