动力传动系统弯扭耦合分析及优化

摘要 针对某款后驱车动力传动系统弯扭激励引起的整车booming抱怨,运用仿真方法,对整车传动系传动分析与优化。结果表明:锁止离合器刚度,后桥半轴刚度、后桥后悬架衬套刚度等潜在方案并不能有效解决该抱怨,通过正交试验证明此结论的有效性,也为寻找其他有效方案提供了前瞻性参考。最后通过调整液力变矩器锁止策略来解决booming抱怨。
