摘要 山东引黄水闸的测流设施大部分修建于20世纪八九十年代,受当时经济环境、技术水平限制,普遍为人工测流,测量精度低、效率低、安全隐患大。提高测流精度及测流方式的现代化、自动化、信息化是引黄供水工作亟待解决的技术性难题。结合山东黄河实际情况,开展山东引黄水闸渠首智能流量测验系统方案设计、系统实施及观测资料可靠性分析,验证智能流量测验系统的稳定性与可靠性。实施效果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,测量精度符合要求,明显提高了引黄供水计量工作的效率和质量,为黄河渠首引水计量提供了现代化、自动化、信息化技术保障,也可为同类水闸的智能流量测验提供技术借鉴。 Most of the flow measuring facilities of the Yellow Riverdiversion sluice in Shandong Province were built in the 1980s and 1990s.Restricted by the economic environment and technical level at that time,the flow measurement is generally manual,with low accuracy,low efficiency and great potential safety problem.To improve the accuracy of flow measurement and the modernization,automation and informati⁃zation of flow measurement methods are the technical issues to be solved urgently.Combined with the actual situation of the Yellow River in Shandong Province,the scheme design,system implementation and reliability analysis of the observation data of the intelligent flow measure⁃ment system of the Yellow River diversion sluice in Shandong Province were carried out to verify the stability and reliability of the intelligent flow measurement system.The implementation results show that the system is stable and reliable,the measurement accuracy meets the re⁃quirements,which has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of water supply measurement of the Yellow River.It has provided modern,automatic and information⁃based technical guarantee for the measurement of water diversion at the headworks of the Yellow River and also provided technical reference for the intelligent flow measurement of similar sluices.
