摘要
振动碾无人驾驶是一种碾压机自动驾驶技术。在常规振动碾的基础上,增加监控装置与机载自动控制装置,实现碾压智能化作业,具有节约成本、加快进度、保证质量、保障安全的优点。依托雄安新区南拒马河防洪治理工程,论述了无人驾驶振动碾新技术,在施工中实现了无人驾驶振动碾的自动化、信息化与智能化一体控制的良好效果。
Unpiloted vibration roller is a kind of roller automatic driving technology.On the basis of the conventional vibration rolling,the monitoring device and the airborne automatic control device are added to realize the intelligent rolling operation.The utility model has the advantages of saving cost,speeding up progress,ensuring quality and ensuring safety.Based on the flood control project of Nanjuma River in Xiongan new area,this paper discusses the new technology of unmanned vibratory roller.
