The Research and Enlightenment of the Relationship Between Sci-Tech and Economy in Europe--Quantitative Analysis Based on Date from AD1 to 1913

根据对欧洲近两千年科技与经济发展历程的数据统计,利用相关软件定量分析欧洲科技对经济的作用模式,发现古代欧洲科技对经济具有明显加速促进作用,并进一步分析了科技对经济作用的因果关系,得出古代欧洲自然科学是促进经济发展的主要原因,同时探讨了科学发现数量、科学家数量、科学家比重对古代欧洲同一时间段和下一时间段经济的作用模式。在分析的基础上提出相关启示,以期为中国现代科技与经济发展政策的制定提供参考。

According to the statistics of the history of Sci-Tech and economic development in Europe for two thousand years,the article quantitatively analyzes the model of action of Sci-Tech to economy through the relevant software,and finds that Sci-Tech promotes economy apparently.The article further analyzes the causal relationship between Sci-Tech and Economy,and concludes that ancient European natural science is the main reason for promoting economic development.Meanwhile,it explores the effects of different Sci-Tech factors including the number of scientific discoveries,the number of scientists,the proportion of scientists on the economy in the same period and in the next period.Based on those above analysis,the article puts forward the enlightenment from the Western Model of Sci-Tech and Economy,and provides a metered reference for the policy of our modern Sci-Tech and the economic development.
