摘要
文中针对船舶交通冲突,提出一种基于动态船舶领域的船舶交通冲突判定方法,并提出了基于冲突复杂度的船舶交通冲突风险度量方法.以曹妃甸水域为算例,验证了船舶交通冲突动态表征方法的合理性并对冲突风险进行了可视化.
In view of ship traffic conflicts,this paper proposed a method for judging ship traffic conflicts based on dynamic ship domain,and a risk measurement method for ship traffic conflicts based on conflict complexity was presented.Taking Caofeidian waters as an example,the rationality of the dynamic representation method of ship traffic conflict was verified and the conflict risk was visualized.
