摘要 为客观评价港口多式联运集疏运系统的经济性、时效性和环境友好性,考虑不同集疏运方式特征,利用BPR函数提出适用于铁路和水路的时间阻抗函数,在此基础上针对公路、铁路和水路运输分别提出物流成本、时间成本和环境成本因子,构建广义成本阻抗函数对传统的可达性测度方法进行改进.以西非杜阿拉港集疏运系统为例对测度方法进行验证,结果表明,在考虑环境因子后,集疏运系统物流节点的可达性变化更为显著,水路运输和铁路运输在环境成本和物流成本的优势体现更为突出,改进后的测度方法能够更加客观合理评价港口集疏运系统的各项属性. In order to objectively evaluate the economy,timeliness and environmental friendliness of port multimodal transport collection and distribution system,considering the characteristics of different collection and distribution modes,a time impedance function suitable for railway and waterway was proposed by using BPR function.On this basis,logistics cost,time cost and environmental cost factors were proposed for road,railway and waterway transportation,and generalized cost impedance function was constructed to improve the traditional accessibility measurement method.Taking the collection and distribution system of Douala Port in West Africa as an example,the measurement method was verified.The results show that after considering environmental factors,the accessibility of logistics nodes in the collection and distribution system changes more significantly,and the advantages of water transportation and railway transportation in environmental cost and logistics cost are more prominent.The improved measurement method can evaluate the attributes of port collection and distribution system more objectively and reasonably.
