船用PLC拖缆机缆绳监测系统的设计 被引量:1

摘要 文中设计了一种新型液压拖缆机(绞车)的检测系统,可以根据不同情况下的工况,实现拖缆机钢丝绳各类参数(速度、压力、长度、张力)的实时监测,并能对实时的危险值进行报警.系统由STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART平台设计PLC程序,基于WinCC flexible SMART V3平台开发人机界面.实验测试表明:该检测系统可准确实时反映拖缆机各类运行参数. In this paper,a new type of hydraulic winch detection system was designed,which can realize real-time monitoring of various parameters(speed,pressure,length,tension)of the winch wire rope according to different working conditions,and can alarm real-time dangerous values.In this system,PLC program was designed by STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART platform,and man-machine interface was developed based on WinCC flexible SMART V3 platform.Experimental tests show that the detection system can accurately reflect various operating parameters of towing cabling in real time.
