摘要
目的:分析重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)对急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后早期的应用效果。方法:将50例急性心肌梗死行PCI术的患者按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗的基础上,加用rhBNP治疗。术后1周,观察两组患者的治疗效果、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及血清N末端脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果:观察组的治疗有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的76.0%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LVEF和BNP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的LVEF高于对照组,BNP则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:rhBNP对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后早期应用效果较显著,可明显改善左心室功能,降低BNP水平。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)in the early stage after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:50 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given rhBNP treatment on the basis of the control group.1 week after operation,the therapeutic effect,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate was 92.0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 76.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,LVEF and BNP of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P>0.05),while BNP of observation group was notably less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rhBNP on patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI is significant,which can significantly improve left ventricular function and reduce BNP level in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.
