摘要
经皮肾镜取石术(Percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)是处理复杂型和大型肾结石及输尿管上段结石的金标准。PCNL的主要步骤包括穿刺点定位、肾造瘘通道建立及碎石取石。建立经皮肾镜通道是实现经皮肾镜取石术的关键步骤,安全、确切的通道,可以有效地解决各种梗阻因素引起的肾积水、感染,有助于梗阻肾的功能恢复。本文就经PCNL的通道建立做出综述。
Percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)is the golden standard for the treatment of complex and large renal calculi and upper ureteral calculi.The steps of PCNL include the location,the establishment of nephrostomy pathway and lithotripsy.The establishment of percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel is the key step,the safe and accurate channel can effectively solve hydronephrosis and infection caused by various obstruction factors,and help to restore the function of the obstructed kidney.A review is made on the establishment of PCNL channels.
