摘要
介绍了热冲压成形技术的原理以及特点,现阶段热冲压成形工艺主要流程.对比了热冲压成形技术与冷冲压成形技术的不同之处并指出其优势.综述了该技术在汽车结构件、加强件、覆盖件上应用,指出了该技术在汽车中的应用前景.
This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of hot stamping technology and the main process of hot stamping at present.The differences between hot stamping and cold stamping are compared and their advantages are pointed out.The application of this technology in automobile structure,reinforcement and panel are summarized.The prospect of its applications in automotive industries is presented.
