褐煤为原料的碎煤加压气化炉内夹套腐蚀机理及镍基堆焊层防腐方法优化 被引量:2

摘要 2012年起,国内三家以褐煤为原料采用碎煤加压气化炉生产的企业在试生产期间均出现气化炉内夹套腐蚀的现象。早期气化炉腐蚀企业经反复试验,最终使用内夹套表面手工堆焊Inconel 625的方法,实现了前期的正常生产。后出现气化炉内夹套腐蚀的两家企业借鉴前者经验,对气化炉内夹套进行防腐蚀处理。通过挂片试验说明内夹套堆焊Inconel 625防腐层是较为有效的防腐蚀处理方法,不同的堆焊方法在稀释率、有效厚度、堆焊缺陷等方面存在差异,直接影响Inconel 625堆焊层的防腐蚀效果。通过实践与研究,总结出适合褐煤生产气化炉内夹套堆焊层腐蚀的应对方法。 Since 2012,all of domestic three companies which take brown coal as raw materials adopt broken coal gasifier appear corrosion within gasifier at the product period.At the earlier,gasifier corrosion companies are tested repeatedly and finally adopts the method of manual welding Inconel 625 of jacket surface to realize the earlier normal product.Latter,it appears that two enterprises with corrosion of gasification furnace jacket learn from earlier experience and make the anti-corrosion treatment of Jack inside the gasifier.The hanging test shows that anti-corrosion level of Inconel 625 is relatively efficient method of anti-corrosion.Different surfacing method exists difference in dilution rate,effective thickness,surfacing defects,which directly influence the anti-corrosion effect of Inconel 625 surfacing layer to summarize corresponding method of suitable brown coal production gasifier of surfacing layer of jacket in furnace.
