快速接头内壁冲蚀规律的数值模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步改善快速接头受连续相作用易失效、内壁冲蚀磨损严重的问题,采用CFD软件中的Realizable k-ε湍流模型,对不同入口速度下的快速接头冲蚀磨损情况运用数值模拟方法分析,得到快速接头内部的流场分布及其冲蚀磨损情况。结果表明:快速接头的冲蚀主要集中在管径缩小段的大小管道交界处,且在管径突变处流体的压力、速度会发生明显变化。在粒径不变,其余变量恒定的情况下,入口流速越大,最大冲蚀速率随之增大;改变相同粒径颗粒的质量流率,可以看出最大冲蚀速率与质量流率呈正相关关系。模拟得到的不同入口速度、质量流率下在快速接头中的流动冲蚀规律,可对提高接头使用寿命、液冷散热器的平稳运行提供必要的参考。 In order to further improve the problem that the quick coupling is prone to failure and has serious erosion wear on the inner wall under the effect of continuous phase,the erosion wear of quick coupling under different inlet velocities was analyzed by numerical simulation with the Realizable k-εturbulence model in CFD software,and the internal flow field distribution and erosion wear of the quick coupling were obtained.The results showed that the erosion of quick coupling was mainly concentrated at the junction between large and small pipes in the reduced pipe diameter section,and the pressure,velocity of the fluid would change obviously at the location with sudden change of pipe diameter.When the particle size and other variables were constant,the greater the inlet flow velocity,the greater the maximum erosion rate.By changing the mass flow rate of particles with the same particle size,it could be seen that there was a positive correlation between the maximum erosion rate and the mass flow rate.The flow erosion laws in the quick couplings under different inlet velocities and mass flow rates obtained by simulation can provide a necessary reference for improving the service life of coupling and the smooth operation of liquid-cooled radiator.
