《黑图档·道光朝》所见清代盛京地区旗地交易档案研究

Research on Banner Land Transaction in Shengjing During the Qing Dynasty Based on Hetu Dangse in the Reign of Daoguang

《黑图档·道光朝》是记录清代盛京总管内务府衙门处理往来公文的档册,对于研究盛京地区的旗地制度及其交易具有重要价值。通过对《黑图档·道光朝》内旗地交易档案的整理,从旗地买卖、核实信息和钤印更名档案三部分研究旗地交易档案的构成,分析其交易流程。总结出旗地交易档案具有反映旗地发展变迁和侧面揭示清政府对旗人生计的政策保障这两方面的价值,以期补充清代盛京地区土地买卖方面的研究。

Hetu Dangse in the Reign of Daoguang is a record of the official documents handled by imperial household department in Shengjing of the Qing Dynasty.It is of great value to the study of the banner land system and its transactions in Shengjing.Based on the collation and statistics of the trading files in the Hetu Dangse in the Reign of Daoguang,this paper studies the composition of the trading files in the banner land from three parts:the trading of the banner land,the verification of information,the stamped and the renamed file.Then the trading process is analyzed.It is concluded that the transaction files of banner land have two values:reflecting the changes and the development of the banner land and revealing the policy guarantee of Qing government to the banner people's livelihood,which is expected to supplement the research on land transaction in Qing Dynasty.
