2018年苏州高新区居民健康素养水平及其影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解苏州高新区城区居民健康素养水平及影响因素,为制定健康干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,在高新区城区抽取15~69岁常住居民进行入户调查,共完成468份调查问卷。结果苏州高新区城区居民健康素养水平为26.50%;基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3个方面的素养水平分别是35.04%、28.21%、34.62%。安全与急救、科学健康观、健康信息获取、传染病防治、慢性病防治、基本医疗6类健康问题素养水平分别为60.47%、52.56%、36.32%、27.78%、16.03%、8.12%。文化程度、家庭人均年收入是健康素养水平的影响因素。结论苏州高新区城区居民健康素养水平在不同人群中的差异较大,应加强对低文化程度、低家庭年收入、患有慢性病以及老年人等重点人群的健康干预。 Objective To analysis the current status of health literacy and its influencing factors among urban residents in New District of Suzhou,and to provide scientific suggestions to develop the measures for health education.Methods The multistage stratified random sampling method was used,and urban residents aged 15-69 year old were selected.A total of 468 questionnaires were collected.Results The overall health literacy level of urban residents was 26.50%.The health literacy of basic health concept and knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behaviors,and health related skills were 35.04%,28.21%,and 34.62%respectively.The health literacy of safety and first aid,scientific attitude towards health,health information literacy,infectious diseases prevention,chronic diseases prevention and basic medical care among the urban residents were 60.47%,52.56%,36.32%,27.78%,16.03%,and 8.12%,respectively.Education level and family per capita income were the influencing factors of residents’health literacy level.Conclusion There were significant differences in health literacy among urban residents with different characteristics in New District of Suzhou.Health strategies should be developed for focus groups with low level of education,low family income,chronic diseases and the elderly.
