Transgender women(TGW)have long been considered as a high-risk group for HIV infection and transmission.TGW have been seriously discriminated, insulted, and treated unfairly in life, and are under the dual pressure of spirit and material.High HIV infection rate, multiple sexual partners, commercial sexual behavior,high-risk sexual behavior, concealment and mobility of groups, and other factors lead to the high risk of HIV infection and transmission among TGW,which has become the focus and weak link of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)prevention and control.Through literature review, the status of HIV infection and related factors of transmission risk of TGW were reviewed, which can provide reference for future research and development of relevant intervention measures.
