摘要 为了解决医院手术室现有气压止血仪存在的操作性差、压强输出不稳定与单气囊容易造成肢体损伤等问题,设计并研制新型电动气压止血仪。在运用主处理器STM32F745的基础上设计电动气压止血仪的电压转换电路、充放气功能电路、气压强度采集电路、液晶显示电路与ESP8266无线信号传输电路等。基于硬件电路与μClinux(Micro⁃Conrol⁃Linux)操作系统,编码实现电动气压止血仪软件。该文研制的电动气压止血仪采用双气囊结构,克服了现有止血仪的弊端;同时,增加了无线信号传输功能,提升其交互性与智能性。 As the current electric pneumatic hemostatic instrument in hospital operating room has poor operability,unstable pressure output and limb injury caused by single airbag,a new type of electric pneumatic hemostatic instrument is developed.The voltage conversion circuit,inflation and deflation function circuit,air⁃pressure intensity acquisition circuit,liquid crystal display circuit and ESP8266 wireless signal transmission circuit of the electric pneumatic hemostatic instrument are designed on the basis of main processor STM32F745.The software of the electric pneumatic hemostatic instrument is completed by encoding mode on the basis of hardware circuits and the Uclinux operating system.The electric pneumatic hemostatic instrument developed in this paper adopts double⁃balloon structure,which overcomes the disadvantages of the existing hemostatic instrument.At the same time,the wireless signal transmission function is added to enhance the interactivity and intelligence of the instrument.
