摘要
为进一步减少铁路沿线人员的生命财产损害,设计新的基于图像处理的铁路沿线视频监控算法。采用图像处理方法采集铁路沿线视频监控中人员行为视觉特征,并实现人员行为视觉特征的预处理。在此基础上获取铁路沿线视频监控视频像素灰度值特征,利用模糊识别算法识别铁路沿线视频监控中人员异常行为,完成铁路沿线视频高精度监控。实验结果表明,所提方法可以全面提取铁路沿线视频监控中的人员行为视觉特征,且具有较高的人员异常行为识别精度,能够大大提升铁路沿线安全水平。
A new algorithm for the image processing based video monitoring along the railway is designed to further reduce the life and property damage of personnel along the railway.The image processing method is used to collect the visual features of human behavior in the video monitoring along the railway and realize the preprocessing of the visual features of human behavior.On this basis,the features of pixel gray value of the monitoring video along the railway are obtained,and the abnormal behavior of the human in the monitoring video along the railway is identified by means of the fuzzy recognition algorithm,so as to complete the high⁃precision video monitoring along the railway.The experimental results show that the proposed method can fully extract the visual features of human behavior in the video monitoring along the railway,and has high accuracy in identification of abnormal behavior of the human,which can greatly improve the safety level along the railway.
