摘要 传统的纸质版档案占用空间,要有专门的人来整理,不方便查询,且耗费大量的人力和物力。传统的电子档案,利用中心化存储,丢失后不宜寻找,安全性低,存在恶意更改行为风险。而区块链技术具有可追溯性、不可篡改、分布式存储的优势,并且基于区块链实现的档案系统,安全性高、不易丢失、上链后无法修改。基于区块链的校园档案系统的网络具有采用点对点网络架构+浏览器和服务器网络架构相结合的方式,各个学院的节点为扁平化结构,分布式存储,在网络中处于同等地位,用户可通过网页随时随地查看档案信息。该网络设计解决了传统电子档案存在的中心化服务器数据易丢失、不易查询、安全性低等缺点,确保了档案数据的完整性、真实性和有效性,满足了日益增长的档案数据保护与共享的需求。 Traditional paper archives occupy too much space,so the specialized people are needed to organize them,which are inconvenient to inquire and consume a lot of manpower and material resources.The centralized storage of the traditional electronic archives can not be found after loss,has low security,and has to suffer from the risk of malicious change behavior.The block chain technology has the advantages of traceability,non⁃tampering and distributed storage.The archives system based on block chain has high security,is not easy to lose archives,and can not be tampered after being linked up.In the campus archives system based on block chain,the combination of P2P network architecture and BS network architecture are adopted.The nodes of all colleges are flat structure and distributed storage.They are in the same position in the network.Users can view archive information anytime and anywhere on the Web page.The design solves the shortcomings of the centralized storage of the traditional electronic archives,and ensures the integrity,authenticity and validity of archive data,so as to meet the ever⁃growing demands of archives data protection and sharing.
