新时代民族地区高校思政课教师“多维一体”能力提升路径研究

Research on the Strategies of"Multidimensional Integration"Ability Promotion of Ideological and Political Teachers of Higher Education in Ethnic Minority Regions in New Era

新时代党和国家对高校思政课发挥育人主渠道的功能提出了更高更全面的要求。"办好思政课关键在教师",教师在新时代思政课"提质增效"的过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,在教师能力培育和发展过程中应多点发力,培养多面向的教师能力。在对内蒙古高校进行实证研究后,提出了教学能力、科研能力、实践指导能力和社会思潮引领能力为主的"多维一体"提升策略。多维度提升思政课教师的能力,才能更好地实现党和国家赋予的重任。

In the new era,the CPC and the state leaders put forward higher and more comprehensive requirements for ideological and political courses of higher education which is the main channel of education.“It is believed that teachers are the key factors of successful ideological and political courses,”and they play a vital role in improving quality and performance of the courses increasingly.Therefore,in the process of teachers'ability cultivation and development,more efforts should be made to cultivate multifaceted teachers'capacity.After the empirical researches in some Inner Mongolia universities,the paper puts forward the"multidimensional integration"promotion strategy,which mainly includes teaching development ability,scientific research ability,practical guidance ability and social ideological trend leading ability.By improving the ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in multiple dimensions,the important tasks assigned by the CPC and the state would be fulfilled step by step.
