摘要
研究目的探讨翻转课堂在危重症联络护士教学中的应用效果。方法将内蒙古H医院60名危重症联络护士随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学方法培养,观察组采用"翻转课堂"教学法培养。结论"翻转课堂"适用于危重症联络护士专业理论及技能培训,可提高培训效果。
This article discusses the application effect of flipped classroom in the teaching of critically ill contact nurses.Methods:60 critical care contact nurses in H’s hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and the final scores were compared by statistical methods.Conclusion:flipped classroom is suitable for professional theory and skills training of critical care contact nurses,and can improve the training effect.
