摘要
为制定一种新型、资源节约型地板用冷轧钢的现场生产工艺,并获得此种材料较优的冲压性能。利用X2-4-10箱式电阻炉,结合硬度曲线法、L9(3因素3水平)正交试验法,并采用一种新的正交数据分析法探究了加热温度、保温时间及冷却方式等工艺参数变化对材料性能影响,最终获得适用于该化学成分体系下的全规格地板用冷轧钢的较优罩式退火生产工艺为:710℃加热温度+8 h保温时间+缓冷方式,为工业化试制提供一定的理论基础。
The study aims to develop a new,resource-saving cold-rolled steel production process for floor,and to obtain the best stamping performance of this material.In this experiment,using X2-4-10 box type resistance furnace equipment,combined with hardness curve method,L9(3 factors and 3 levels)orthogonal test,and a new orthogonal data analysis method,the influence of process parameters such as heating temperature,holding time and cooling mode on the material performance are explored.Finally,the optimum batch annealing process suitable for the full specification of cold rolled floor steel under the chemical composition system was obtained:710℃heating temperature+8 h holding time+slow cooling methods,which contributes to providing a certain theoretical basis for the industrial trial production.
