桥梁结构用钢板多通过中厚板轧机生产,一些特殊窄断面需求的产品受产线工装能力影响,降低了生产效率和产品质量。日钢根据桥梁用结构钢A709-50F-2产品特性和自身生产工艺装备情况,采用C-Mn-Nb-Ti系微合金体系成分设计,通过控制入炉铁水成分、转炉终点、LF精炼、全程保护浇注等冶炼工艺,结合控制轧制和控制冷却轧制工艺,成功生产出具有优良强度和冲击韧性的A709-50F-2热轧卷板。卷板经过定尺开平后交付客户,试用跟踪各项性能指标均满足项目需求。

Structural steel plates for bridge are mostly produced by medium plate mills.However,some products with special narrow section requirements are affected by the tooling capacity of the production line,thus reducing the production efficiency and product quality.According to the characteristics of structural steel A709-50F-2 for bridges and its own production process and equipment,Rizhao steel holding group has successfully produced A709-50F-2 hot-rolled coils with excellent strength and impact toughness by adopting the composition design of the C-Mn-Nb-Ti series microalloying system,and controlling the smelting process such as the composition of the molten iron into the furnace,the end-point converter,LF refining,and the whole protected teeming,combined with controlled rolling and controlled rolling cooling processes..The coils are delivered to the customer after being sized to a leveled plate,and all performance indicators are tested and tracked to meet the project requirements.
