摘要
在国家新一轮职业教育改革之际,以STEM教育为理论视角,针对当前聋人中等职业教育中存在的课程目标与社会、职业、个人需求脱节,课程内容、结构缺乏系统性和规范性,课程实施的软硬件不足,课程评价单一等问题,提出如下建议:设置动态化与多元化的课程目标,设计个性化的课程内容与课程结构,建立生态系统化与虚拟化的课程实施环境,探索符合聋生需求的教学模式与教学方法,进行全方位课程评价,以期为聋人中等职业教育由规模扩张阶段向质量提升阶段过渡提供理论参考。
In the new round of national vocational education reform,from the theoretical perspective of STEM education,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the problems existing in the current secondary vocational education for the deaf,such as the disconnection between curriculum objectives and social,vocational and personal needs,the lack of systematicness and standardization in curriculum content and structure,the lack of software and hardware in curriculum implementation,and the single curriculum evaluation:setting dynamic and diversified curriculum goals,designing personalized curriculum content and structure,establishing an ecologically systematic and virtual curriculum implementation environment,exploring the teaching mode and teaching method in line with the needs of deaf students,and conducting all-round curriculum evaluation.It is expected to provide theoretical reference for the transition from scale expansion to quality improvement of secondary vocational education for the deaf.
