加拿大职前适应体育师资培养特征与启示——以阿尔伯塔大学为例

摘要 运用文献资料法与实地考察法,探讨加拿大阿尔伯塔大学职前适应体育师资培养的特征发现,阿尔伯塔大学以复合型人才培养为目标,旨在培养具有高度社会责任感和批判精神的教育者;注重理论与实践、通识与专业并举的课程设置;拥有专业培养的支持保障。对我国的启示为:制定契合适应体育教育的培养目标;优化课程设置;重视学生的教育实习。 Bythe method of literature review and field investigation,this paper discusses the characteristics and enlightenment of pre-service adapted physical educationteachers trainingat the University of Albertain Canada.The research shows:the University of Alberta has a compound talent training goal,aiming at cultivating educators with a high sense of social responsibility and critical spirit;it pays attention to the curriculum setting of theory and practice,general education and specialty;it can also provide support and guarantee of professional training.The enlightenment to our country is as follows:developing the training target which fits the adapted physical education;optimizing curriculum setting;and paying attention to students'educational practice.
