摘要
我国台湾地区为残障学生成功实现学校后就业提供了良好支持。分析我国台湾地区相关政策与文献,系统梳理台湾地区残障学生就业转衔服务的发展历程,发现该地区相关服务的制度保障日趋成熟,参与主体逐渐多元,且教育体系不断完善。大陆地区可考虑借鉴台湾地区的发展经验,在进一步完善相关政策法规、加强部门交流合作的同时,构建残障学生的转衔课程框架,促进残障学生顺利实现从学校到就业的转衔,进而有尊严、有质量地参与并融入社会。
Taiwan of China provides good support for students with disabilities to successfully achieve employment after school.Through the analysis of relevant policies and literature in Taiwan,and the systematic review of the development process of employment transfer services for students with disabilities there,it is found that the institutional guarantee of relevant services in this region is becoming more and more mature,the participants are gradually diversified,and the education system is constantly improved.The mainlandof China may consider learning from the development experience of Taiwan region,and while further improving relevant policies and regulations and strengthening exchanges and cooperation between departments,build a transition curriculum framework for students with disabilities to facilitate their smooth transition from school to employment,so that they can participate and integrate into society with dignity and quality.
