摘要
发起式共同注意反映了儿童自发与他人分享兴趣的社会互动倾向,对发起式共同注意的有效干预能缓解孤独症儿童的社交障碍。检索近10年孤独症儿童发起式共同注意的干预研究,从干预的指标、材料、方法、评估和效果等方面进行分析,今后的研究与实践要加强有效干预成分的实证分析,探究影响干预效果的调节因素,注重组合行为和关键行为的干预,根据孤独症障碍儿童特点和目标行为特点选用干预材料和开展自然互动评估。
Initiating joint attention reflects children’s tendency of spontaneous social interaction to share their interests with others,which is the core disorder of children with autism.Effective intervention of initiating joint attention can alleviate the degree of the disorder in children with autism.The study analyzed the indicators,materials,methods,evaluation and effects of interventions aimed at improving the initiating joint attention study of children with autism in the past 10 years.Future research and practice should strengthen the empirical analysis of effective intervention components,explore the regulatory factors affecting IJA behaviors,focus on the intervention of IJA combination behaviors and key behaviors,select intervention materials according to the characteristics of children with ASD and IJA behaviors,and carry out natural interaction assessment.
