摘要
为研究网纹辊向印版进行油墨转移的特性,将网纹辊结构微单元化为载满墨的梯形槽,建立数学模型并使用XFlow对网纹辊油墨转移过程进行数值、形态模拟,即模拟油墨从网纹辊向印版进行转移,研究网纹辊接触速度对油墨转移情况的影响.分析了油墨从网纹辊转移到印版的动态转移机理,推导出油墨转移情况与网纹辊接触速度之间的关系,并通过仿真验证了油墨转移率与网穴接触速度之间的规律.通过对柔印网纹辊油墨转移情况进行理论分析和数值模拟得到了网纹辊接触速度对油墨转移情况的影响规律,为柔印生产实践提供了理论参考.
In order to study the characteristics of ink transfer from anilox roller to plate,the micro unit of anilox roller was transformed into a trapezoidal groove loaded with ink,a mathematical model was established and XFlow was used to simulate the transfer process of ink from anilox roller to plate,and the data and the form in the process was stimulated.The influence of the contact speed of anilox roller on the transfer was studied.Results the dynamic transfer mechanism of ink from anilox roller to plate was analyzed,and the relationship between ink transfer and contact velocity of anilox roller was deduced by establishing a model.Conclusion of the influence of contact velocity of anilox roller on ink transfer is obtained by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,which provides a theoretical reference for the production practice of flexo printing.
