电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定窖泥中16种矿物元素 被引量:6

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对辽宁鞍山腾鳌老窖酒厂窖泥中16种矿物元素进行分析测定.用微波法消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定16种矿物元素,校准曲线的相关系数大于0.999 3,相对标准偏差为0.68%~4.96%,准确度范围为90.1%~107%.实验结果表明:窖泥中钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、锰、铁含量分别为77.327,965.936,6 711.746,1 934.100,563.561,47.623,6 344.884 mg/L,其他9种矿物元素的含量均低于10.0 mg/L. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to analyze and determine 16 mineral elements in pit mud of Teng’ao Laojiao distillery in Anshan of Liaoning province.The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve of 16 mineral elements determined by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was more than 0.999 3,the relative standard deviation was 0.68%~4.96%,and the accuracy ranged from 90.1% to 107%.The results showed that the contents of sodium,magnesium,aluminum,potassium,calcium,manganese and iron were 77.327,965.936,6 711.746,1 934.100,563.561,47.623,6 344.884 mg/L,respectively.The contents of other nine mineral elements were all lower than 10.0 mg/L.
