摘要
对水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油过程中提取时间不同对提取效果的影响进行研究.以川椒为样品,针对不同提取时间对样品挥发油提取的组分个数及提取率进行分析.结果表明:水蒸气蒸馏法提取川椒挥发油,开始时随着提取时间的增加,挥发油的组分个数和提取率逐渐增高,6 h后组分个数和提取率下降.说明提取时间对挥发油提取效果有较大的影响,经过实验选择6 h为最佳提取时间.
The effect of different extraction time on the extraction effect of volatile oil by steam distillation was studied.With Sichuan pepper as the sample,the number of constituents and extraction rate of volatile oil were analyzed by different extraction time.The results showed that with the increase of extraction time,the number of constituents and extraction rate of volatile oil from Sichuan pepper increased gradually at the beginning,and the number of constituents and extraction rate decreased after 6 h.The extraction time had a great influence on the extraction effect of volatile oil from Sichuan pepper,and 6 h was chosen as the best extraction time.
