带式输送机系统在绿色高效的现代港口建设进程中起到关键作用。现代港口的散货装卸流程对带式输送机系统转运工艺(机构)的灵活性、经济性及高效性提出了更高的要求,传统的简单转接机构已很难满足使用需求。近年来,在港口装卸带式输送机系统设计中采用了多种不同结构形式的转接机构,其结构新颖、经济性良好、操作简单,投产后使用效果反馈良好。

During the construction of green and efficient modern ports,belt conveyor system plays a key role.The bulk cargo handling process in modern ports puts forward more stringent requirements in flexibility,economy and efficiency of the transfer process(mechanism)of belt conveyor system,and the traditional simple transfer mechanism can hardly meet requirements in application.In recent years,a variety of transfer mechanisms with different structural forms have been adopted in the design of port loading and unloading belt conveyor system.These transfer mechanisms have novel structure,good economy,simple operation,good use feedback after being put into production.
