Compliance of beam manufacturing specification of bridge crane in power station and process improvement

根据横梁的制造规范及标准要求,制定焊接工艺评定及规程,并组织焊工考试。对横梁装焊工艺进行改进,以满足焊缝质量及尺寸公差要求,对提高电站桥机横梁制造质量起到重要作用。

According to the relevant requirements in the manufacturing specifications and standards of beams,the welding procedure evaluation and procedures were formulated and welder examinations were organized.The assembly and welding process of beam was improved to meet requirements of weld quality and dimensional tolerance,which plays an important role in improving the manufacturing quality of beams of bridge cranes in power stations.
