摘要 滇中引水项目狮子山隧洞施工过程中突发涌泥涌水事故,造成掌子面涌水涌泥,危及施工安全,为有效加固空腔破碎段落,保证隧道安全、稳定、快速施工通过,文章结合施工期间的涌水、涌泥情况,分析了产生问题的成因,采用了“固结灌浆+超前预灌浆”综合处理方法,对淤泥堆积体进行固结灌浆加固及对掌子面进行超前帷幕灌浆。钻孔取芯和压水试验结果表明,该种处理方法满足该断面安全稳定的开挖要求。该处理技术对类似情况具有参考价值。 Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project Shizishan Tunnel Construction Project suffers gushing mud and water accidents,mud and water gushing are caused on the heading face,thereby endangering the construction safety.The gushing water and mud during construction are combined in the paper for effectively reinforcing cavity crushing section and achieving the safety,stability and fast construction passed of the tunnel.The causes of problems are analyzed.The comprehensive treatment method of“consolidation grouting+advanced pregrouting”is adopted.The silt accumulation undergoes consolidation grouting,and curtain grouting in advance is implemented on the heading face.The results of coring and water pressure test show that this treatment method meets the requirement of safe and stable excavation in the section.The treatment technique has reference value for similar cases.
