手机遥控监控机械臂智能车的设计

摘要 设计了一种智能车辆,通过手机实现对智能车机械手臂的远程控制及对目标区域图像的监控。智能车以Arduino芯片控制器为主控模块,硬件模块分为驱动模块、机械手模块、蓝牙通信模块和监控模块,软件分为两部分:智能车主控制芯片的程序代码和智能车手机控制终端的应用程序。用户通过操作智能手机应用程序控制智能车,并通过智能车上的机械臂执行目标区域的抓取任务,此外,智能车上的路由器及监控摄像头实现了目标区域图像的实时回传。智能车的无线遥控监控可以使智能车的操作更加方便,功能更加丰富,可以代替人类在危险区域完成无线抓取任务。 In this paper,an intelligent vehicle is designed,which can realize the remote control of the robot arm of the intelligent vehicle and the image monitoring of the target area through the mobile phone.Arduino chip controller is the main control module of the intelligent vehicle.The hardware module is divided into driver module,manipulator module,Bluetooth communication module and monitoring module.The software part is divided into two parts:the program code of the intelligent vehicle control chip and the application program of the mobile phone control terminal.Users control the smart car by operating the smart phone application,and complete the grasping work of the target area through the robot arm on the intelligent vehicle.In addition,the router and monitoring camera on the intelligent vehicle realize the real-time return of the image of the target area.The wireless remote controlling and monitoring of intelligent vehicle can make the operation of intelligent vehicle more convenient and more functional,and can replace human beings to complete the task of wireless grasping in dangerous areas.
