基于火热论探讨慢性咳嗽的病因病机和治疗

Approach to etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of chronic cough based on the theory of fire and heat

通过对刘完素火热论的阐释,结合慢性咳嗽的各家认识与治疗经验,尝试从火热致病的角度对慢性咳嗽的病因病机进行探究,认为火热邪气贯穿于慢性咳嗽发生发展之中,指出“肺气怫郁”是慢性咳嗽的关键病机,并运用清火解郁法进行论治。

Through the interpretation of LIU Wan-su's theory of fire and heat,combined with various physician's understandings and treatment experiences of chronic cough,this paper attempts to approach to the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough from fire and heat causesing disease.It is believed that fire,heat and pathogenic qi run through the occurrence and development of chronic cough.It is put forward that"lung qi stagnation"is the central link of chronic cough,and the chronic cough shoule be treated by clearing fire and removing stagnation,which provides a new theoretical guidance and therapeutic method for clinical recognition and treatment of chronic cough.
