摘要
为解决重载交通高温条件下路面车辙问题,采用硬质沥青提升路面抗车辙性能,开展硬质沥青高模量混合料设计研究,分别评价沥青混合料动态模量、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性等路用性能,结合实际工程应用和路用性能跟踪观测,深入验证。结果表明:硬质沥青高模量混合料动态模量超过18000 MPa,60℃动稳定度达6349次/mm,四点弯曲疲劳寿命(230με)超过90万次,性能显著优于SMA 13,实际工程应用表明该材料具有良好的耐久性。
In order to solve the problem of road rutting under heavy load and high temperature conditions,it is proposed to use hard pitch to improve the rutting resistance,carry out high modulus asphalt mixture design research,and evaluate the mixture modulus,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability,fatigue resistance and other properties are compared with conventional mixtures,and then combined with actual engineering applications and performance tracking observations for in-depth verification.The results show that the dynamic modulus of the hard pitch high modulus asphalt mixture exceeds 18000 MPa,the dynamic stability at 60℃reaches 6349 times/mm,and the four-point bending fatigue life under 230μεexceeds 900000 times.The performance of hard pitch high modulus asphalt mixture is better than the SMA 13 and the material has good durability.
