摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德混悬液超声雾化联合哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法:将收治的COPD患者85例按随机数表方法分为对照组(哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗,42例),观察组(布地奈德混悬液超声雾化+哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗,43例)。对比两组疗效、肺功能、炎性反应指标及血气指标。结果:观察组总有效率95.35%(41/43)高于对照组78.57%(33/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV 1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)水平高于对照组,高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、降钙素原(PCT)水平低于对照组,且观察组血氧分压(PaO 2)较对照组高,二氧化碳分压(PaCO 2)较对照组低。结论:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用布地奈德混悬液超声雾化联合哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗,可有效抑制机体释放炎性反应因子,提高患者肺功能,调节血气指标,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of budesonide suspension combined with piperacillin tazobactam in the treatment of COPD.Method 85 COPD patients were divided into control group(piperacillin tazobactam trestment 42 cases)and observation group(budesonide suspension combined with piperacillin tazobactam,43 cases)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effect,lung function,inflammation index and blood gas index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%(41/43)higher than that of the control group 78.57%(33/42)(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of forced expiratang volume(FEV 1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of high sensitive C-reactive pratein(hs-CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the PaO 2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO 2 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The combination of budesonide suspension ultrasonic atomization and piperacillin tazobactam can effectively inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,improve the lung function,regulate the blood gas index of patients with COPD,and the therapeutic effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
