血清铁及铁蛋白浓度与轻度胃肠炎伴婴幼儿良性惊厥的相关性分析

Correlation between serum iron and ferritin concentrations and benign convulsion in infants with mild gastroenteritis

目的:探讨血清铁及铁蛋白浓度与轻度胃肠炎伴婴幼儿良性惊厥(BICE)的相关性。方法:选择同期收治的BICE患儿(BICE组)、急性轻度胃肠炎患儿(急性轻度胃肠炎组)及体检的健康儿童(健康儿童组)各40例,检测首次就诊时血清铁及铁蛋白含量,记录BICE患儿一次病程中惊厥发作次数和持续时间,对比分析血清铁及铁蛋白浓度与BICE的关系。结果:BICE组、急性轻度胃肠炎组血清铁浓度均低于健康儿童组,其中BICE组与健康儿童组的差异有统计学意义(t=4.28,P<0.05);铁蛋白浓度BICE组与急性轻度胃肠炎组均高于健康儿童组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。BICE患儿一次病程中,惊厥发作次数>2次、惊厥持续时长>5 min的患儿血清铁含量低于急性轻度胃肠炎组和健康儿童组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);惊厥发作次数>2次患儿铁蛋白含量高于健康儿童组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);惊厥持续时长>5 min的患儿铁蛋白含量高于急性轻度胃肠炎组和健康儿童组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清铁及铁蛋白与BICE密切相关,铁缺乏是引起BICE的高危因素,对于BICE患儿应监测血清铁及蛋白。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum iron and ferritin concentrations and benign convulsion(BICE)in infants with mild gastroenteritis.Method BICE patients in the same period were seleeted(BICE group),acute children with mild gastroenteritis(acute children with mild gastroenteritis group)and healthy child check-up(healthy child group),40 cases in each group to detect the contents of serum iron and ferritin of her first visits to record BICE children with seizure frequency and duration in A course of,analysis of the relationship between serum iron and ferritin concentrations and BICE.Results the serum iron concentration of BICE group and acute children with mild gastroenteritis group was lower than that of healthy child group,and the difference between BICE group and healthy child group was statistically significant(t=4.28,P<0.05).The ferritin concentration in BICE group and acute children with mild gastroenteritis group was higher than that in healthy child group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The serum iron content of the children with BICE was lower than that of acute children with mild gastroenteritis group and healthy child group in the first course of disease,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ferritin content of children with>(2 times)of eclampsia was higher than that of healthy child group,and the difference was statistically significant.The ferritin content of the children with seizure duration of>for 5 min was higher than that of acute children with mild gastroenteritis group and healthy child group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum iron and ferritin are closely related to BICE,and iron deficiency is a high risk factor of BICE.Serum iron and ferritin should be monitored in children with BICE.
