探讨两种无创正压通气在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征治疗中的临床研究

The clinical study of two kinds of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome

目的:研究两种无创正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的价值。方法:遵循通气技术差异分组,选取2019年1月~2020年3月的66例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患者,根据住院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各33例,对照组采用33持续气道正压通气,观察组采用经鼻导管高流量加温湿化正压通气;观察临床疗效、临床各指标用时以及治疗后血气指标等情况。结果:治疗后观察组临床各指标短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效(96.9%)高于对照组(78.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组PaO 2高于对照组,PaCO 2较低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征实施无创正压通气治疗,建议以经鼻导管高流量加温湿化正压通气为主,在提高观察临床疗效、缩短临床各指标用时、改善血气方面具有显著价值。

Objective To study the value of two kinds of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Method According to the different groups of ventilation technology.66 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of hospitalization,33 cases in each group,33 cases in control group were given of continuous positive airway pressure ventilation,and observation group were given continuous positive airway pressure ventilation.The clinical effect,time of clinical indicators and Blood gas index,etc after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the clinical indexes of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group(96.9%)was higher than that of the control group(78.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO 2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and PaCO 2 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is recommended for the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.It is of great value in improving the clinical effect,shortening the time of clinical indexes and improving blood gas.
