高速铁路有砟轨道钢轨伸缩调节器运营状态研究 被引量:7

摘要 钢轨伸缩调节器是高铁线路养护维修的重点。以合福高铁铜陵长江大桥钢轨伸缩调节器为研究对象,通过对其服役状态进行全天候监控,结合检测数据和日常养护维修资料,获得钢轨伸缩调节器服役状态变化规律,提出钢轨伸缩调节器养护维修建议:1)夏季重点对钢轨伸缩调节器及其前后150 m线路范围的几何形位进行测量;2)根据季节采用不同的道床捣固频率,秋季和冬季每月进行1次,春季和夏季每月进行2次及以上;3)当发现左右股钢轨出现伸缩不一致时,要加强润滑涂油工作,保持2股钢轨的阻力一致;4)定期检查钢轨伸缩调节器轨下胶垫和其他垫片的状态,及时修正扣件状态并更换失效部件。 The area where the rail expansion joint located is the key section of high-speed railway maintenance.In this paper,the rail expansion joint of Tongling Changjiang River Bridge of Hefu high-speed railway was taken as the research object.Through the all-weather monitoring of the service status of the rail expansion joint,combined with the test data and the daily maintenance data,the change rule of the service status of the rail expansion joint was obtained,which provided guidance for the maintenance and repair of the rail expansion regulator of high-speed railway.In the summer,the geometric shape and position of the rail expansion joint with its front and rear 150 meter range are mainly measured.The tamping frequency of ballasted track is seasonally different that once a month in autumn and winter,and twice or more in spring and summer.When the expansion and contraction of the left and right rails are inconsistent,it is necessary to strengthen the lubrication and oiling work to keep the resistance of the two rails consistent.It is necessary to regularly check the status of the under rail pads and other pads of the rail expansion joint,and timely revise the fastener status,or replace the failed components.
