摘要
为研究不同层面的主体对施工班组长岗位胜任力的认知水平及其和差异性,通过调查获取267份有效样本数据,采用独立样本T检验和Two-way ANOVA进行实证分析。研究发现:班组长对自身岗位胜任力的认知水平与项目领导对班组长岗位胜任力的认知水平存在差异,前者高于后者。其中,现场运作能力、专业技术能力和自我发展能力3个胜任力维度差异性显著,具体为班后总结、整改交接、安全生产等胜任力因素方面差异性显著,说明项目领导对此期待值更高。但在团队管理能力方面差异性不显著。此外,班组长的现场运作能力、专业技术能力和岗位胜任能力受到工作年限和职位的交互影响。研究成果可为施工班组长增强岗位胜任力提供参考锚点。
In order to explore the different levels of subjects’perceptions of the competence of the construction team leader and their differences,the article obtained 267 sample data through surveys,and used independent sample T-test and Two-way ANOVA for empirical analysis.The study found that there was a difference between the team leader’s cognition level of his own job competence and the construction unit leader’s cognition level of team leader’s job competence,the former was higher than the latter.Among them,there were differences in on-site operation ability,professional technical ability,and self-development ability,specific for the competency factors of the summary after class,rectification handover,safety in production,which were given higher expectations from the construction team leader.But there was no significant difference in team management ability.In addition,the on-site operation ability,professional technical ability,and job competence of the team leader are affected by the interaction of working years and position.The research can provide a reference anchor point for the construction team leader to enhance his job competence.
