本文主要描述在复杂结构和多种会议场景下远程多媒体会议控制系统的设计和实现。系统通过部署分布式网络视频编/解码器和网络数字音频媒体矩阵等设备,将音视频等多媒体信号进行编/解码,实现多媒体信号的网络传输。通过定制开发会议控制软件,实现多会议室、多会商系统、多会议场景的远程一键式联动控制,解决了复杂结构和多种会议场景下的会议控制问题,减少操作步骤,避免人为错误,降低会议控制难度和维护成本,有效保障各类业务和行政会议的正常召开。

This paper mainly describes the design and implementation of remote multimedia conference control system under complex structure and various conference scenarios.Through the deployment of distributed network video codec and network digital audio media matrix,the system encodes and decodes multimedia signals such as audio and video,and realizes the network transmission of multimedia signals.Through the customized development of conference control software,the remote one key linkage control of multi conference rooms,multi conference systems and multi conference scenes is realized,meeting control problems under complex structure and various conference scenes are solved,operation steps are reduced,human errors are avoided,conference control difficulty and maintenance cost are reduced,and normal holding of various business and administrative meetings is effectively guaranteed.
