金融支持我国糖业发展的路径研究——基于广西糖业产业链视角

Research on the path of finance supporting sugar industry development in China,under the perspective of Sugar Industry Chain in Guangxi

食糖是关系国计民生的重要战略物资,糖业发展对保障全国食糖供给安全具有重要意义;糖料蔗种植区域集中在农村地区,蔗糖生产对实现乡村振兴等重大战略具有重要意义。但是,长期以来,糖业一直难以突破传统农业短、薄、窄和散的产业链条特征。文章以全国最主要的食糖产区——广西为例,将金融支持糖业产业链发展情况为切入点,剖析现阶段金融支持糖业发展面临的现实问题,从制糖企业、金融支持、政策协调等三方面探讨金融支持我国糖业高质量发展的可行路径。

Sugar is an important strategic material related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The development of sugar industry is of great significance to ensure the safety of sugar supply throughout the country.Sugar-cane planting areas are concentrated in rural areas,and sucrose production is of great significance to the realization of major strategies such as rural revitalization.However,for a long time,as to the other traditional agriculture,it is difficult to break through short thin and narrow scattered industrial chain characteristics for sugar industry.This paper takes Guangxi for an example,which is the most important sugar producing region in China,takes the development of the sugar industry chain supported by finance as the entry point,analyzes the practical problems faced by the development of the sugar industry supported by finance at the present stage,and discusses the feasible path of financial support for the high-quality development of China’s sugar industry from the three aspects of sugar enterprises,financial support and policy coordination.
