摘要
农产品电商可以将农产品产销有机结合在一起,在拓宽农产品销售途径的同时,为农户带来切实的经济利益。基于胜任力素质理论,结合农产品电商从业者经历,在归纳出农产品电商创业者胜任力素质要素的基础上,通过设计调查问卷、进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,最终构建了一个包括个人特质、营销能力、专业知识、管理能力和协调能力等5个维度以及19个因素的农产品电商创业者胜任力模型。
E-commerce of agricultural products brings economic benefits to farmers by integrating the production and the sales,and expanding the sales channels.Based on the competency model and the experience of e-commerce practitioners of agricultural products,the elements of competency are summed up through questionnaire survey,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The competency model of e-commerce entrepreneurs of agricultural products is constructed which consists of five dimensions and 19 factors,including personal traits,marketing ability,professional knowledge,management ability and coordinating ability.
