“双一流”建设背景下高校创新人才培养模式探索

THE EXPLORATION OF CULTIVATION MODE OF INNOVATIVE TALENTS IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DOUBLE FIRST-CLASS INITIATIVE

创新人才的培养是我国高校的重要任务,“双一流”建设需要创新人才作为支撑。传统的教育模式、课程体系、教学方法、师资队伍建设、人才评价体系等,存在诸多问题,阻碍了创新人才的培养,无法满足当前经济社会发展的需要。应改革创新人才培养机制,提高创新人才培养质量,加快建成一批具有世界水平的一流大学和一流学科,进一步提升我国高等教育综合实力和国际竞争力,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供有力支撑。

Innovative talents are needed to construct Double First-Class initiative,and the cultivation of innovative talents is the core task in colleges and universities.There are many problems and limitations in traditional education,for instance,the curriculum system,the teaching method,the teaching staff construction and the talent evaluation system,which hinders the cultivation of innovative talents and fails to meet the needs of current economic and social development.It is necessary to reform the mechanism of innovative talent cultivation,improve the quality of innovative talent cultivation,and quicken the pace to build first-class universities and disciplines in the world-leading positions.This would further promote the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of higher education in China,thus providing a strong support to realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
