摘要
国民经济的发展和科学技术的发展极大地促进了管道焊接技术的进步。智能技术的出现和发展为实现管道焊接自动化奠定了坚实的基础,促进了管道半自动和全自动焊接技术的出现,大大提高了管道焊接的质量。本文首先介绍油田地面工程及长输管道建设中大口径油气管道常见的焊接技术,然后分析影响管道焊接质量的主要因素,最后对加强管道焊接质量控制的相关措施进行讨论。
The development of national economy and science and technology greatly promote the progress of pipeline welding technology.The appearance and development of intelligent technology have laid a solid foundation for the realization of pipeline welding automation,promoted the appearance of pipeline semi-automatic and full automatic welding technology,and greatly improved the quality of pipeline welding.This paper first introduces the common welding techniques for large-diameter oil and gas pipelines in oilfield ground engineering and long-distance pipeline construction,and then analyzes the main factors affecting the welding quality of pipelines,finally,the measures to strengthen the quality control of pipeline welding are discussed.
