摘要
浙江省猪肉价格在近二十年间呈现平缓上涨的总趋势,并伴随一定的波动且呈现出季节性及不规则性。影响猪肉价格波动的主要因素有来自供给方面的因素,包括饲料成本、仔猪价格、养殖户对猪肉价格的预期等;也有来自需求方面的因素,包括替代品价格变动、居民可支配收入增长等。为使猪肉价格稳定,可以在促进规模化生猪生产、合理规划生猪养殖地、完善疫病防治体系、减少流通环节、规范猪肉供应等方面采取调控措施。
Pork prices in Zhejiang Province have shown a general trend of gradual increase in the past two decades,accompanied by certain fluctuations and showing seasonality and irregularity.The main factors that affect pork price fluctuations are supply-side factors,including feed costs,piglet prices,and farmers’expectations for pork prices.There are also demand-side factors,including changes in the price of substitutes and the growth of residents’disposable income.In order to stabilize pork prices,regulatory policies can be adopted,including promoting large-scale production,rationally planning breeding sites,improving disease control systems,reducing intermediate links,and regulating pork supply.
