山西省资源型城市产业转型能力评价

Evaluation of Industrial Transformation Ability of Resource-Based City in Shanxi Province

利用主成分分析方法,从经济、资源、环境、社会四个方面构建资源型城市产业转型能力综合评价模型,据此对山西省五个典型资源型城市产业转型能力进行测度,依据测度结果对山西省资源型城市产业转型能力进行排名,最后通过对各市指标数据及因子得分情况进行分析,为山西省资源型城市产业转型分别提出有针对性的对策建议。

In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation model of industrial transformation capability of resource-based cities is constructed from four aspects of economy,resources,environment and society by principal component analysis.According to the evaluation model,the industrial transformation ability of five typical resource-based cities in Shanxi province is measured.Then according to the measurement results,the industrial transformation ability of resource-based cities in Shanxi Province is ranked.Lastly,through the analysis of the raw data and factor score of each city,suggestions are put forward for the industrial transformation of resource-based cities in Shanxi Province.
